Can you beat it?
The charge for a professional removal service is based on quantity to be moved, the packing service required, and distance between loading and unloading. Other factors include time taken, number of operatives required, size of vehicle, distance from door to vehicle, number of steps and insurance value.

Yes. Goods are automatically insured during the move, in transit and whilst in storage with Bladespeed. See terms & conditions.
Full house or apartment moves insured at up to £25,000 as standard.
Personal effects moves insured at up to £5,000 as standard. Insurance value must be declared in advance. Higher values can also be arranged.
THE COST OF THE LIABILITY COVER IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF YOUR REMOVAL.

Is there VAT on top of your quotation?
No. All figures quoted include VAT and Insurance Liability Cover. A full VAT receipt will be produced on request.#

Bladespeed accept all major credit and debit cards.
Removals must be paid for at least 48 hours in advance to confirm the booking.
Storage accounts are opened with an initial charge of two months rent. A credit/debit card mandate is completed at point of loading to facilitate convenient monthly charging once the initial two months has expired.

How do I obtain boxes and packaging materials?

Do I get a home visit prior to my move?
Yes, if you would like one.
For smaller moves a home visit is not always necessary. However, we are delighted to visit any of our customers in advance to meet, advise and supply packaging materials. At time of booking, you will be supplied with a personal move manager with a mobile number and an email address who will assist with any issues arising prior to moving day.

Can I travel with the vehicle?
No. We are insured to carry goods only. We cannot carry pets or livestock of any kind.

Do you go further than Manchester?
Yes, we are specialists in Inter City Relocations and moves to London & the South. We will also be delighted to move you to anywhere in England, Scotland or Wales.

No. Currently we operate within England, Scotland and Wales only, but in the future we will be offering a service to Republic of Ireland, France and Spain.

As a removal company, we do not offer self-storage. Therefore, if you require frequent access to your possessions during the storage period, we recommend.

I have a quote from a large removal company.
Can you beat it?
Probably, yes.
As a small independent family remover, we are against price wars amongst other small independents. However, if you have a written quote from a large established group, then it is probable that we will be able to beat the quote in terms of both personal service and price.
